At Green People Foundation, we’re on a mission to make green energy and environmental sustainability a reality that every person in Bulgaria can grasp and get excited about—especially in small, often forgotten communities and areas facing energy poverty. We don’t just educate; we ignite curiosity. By showing how renewable energy and a greener environment can transform lives, we empower people to make smart, informed choices that benefit both their wallets and the world around them.
Imagine a future where your energy bills shrink while the planet thrives—that’s what we’re all about. We spark conversations, host workshops, and offer the tools and knowledge needed for individuals and communities to embrace clean energy and eco-friendly practices. From demonstrating how solar power can energize homes to showing how sustainable habits can preserve local resources, we’re building momentum for change.
But it doesn’t stop there. We’re laying the foundation for local green initiatives and inspiring private enterprises to step up and bring these solutions to life. Together, we can lead the way to energy independence and a greener future—where renewable energy not only powers homes but also powers dreams of a sustainable, thriving Bulgaria. Ready to join us? Let’s light the path to a cleaner, greener, and more prosperous tomorrow.
At Green People Foundation, we believe that real change begins with education and hands-on action. That’s why we work directly with communities across Bulgaria, especially in those smaller towns and areas that are often overlooked. We bring green energy and environmental solutions right to their doorstep in ways that are easy to understand, practical to implement, and immediately beneficial.
Our approach is simple but powerful: we start with awareness. Through engaging workshops, interactive demonstrations, and community events, we introduce people to the benefits of renewable energy and sustainable practices. We don’t just talk—we show how clean energy sources like solar and wind can cut costs, reduce energy dependency, and improve the quality of life while also protecting the environment.
Next, we focus on empowerment. We equip individuals and local leaders with the knowledge and tools to take action. Whether it’s helping a mineral complex switch to solar power, guiding a local business on how to be more eco-friendly, or supporting municipalities in adopting green initiatives, we make sure that the transition to sustainability is accessible to everyone.
We also collaborate with local innovators and private enterprises, encouraging them to drive green solutions that are both environmentally friendly and economically viable. By connecting the dots between environmental protection and economic growth, we inspire businesses to adopt and promote green technologies that can thrive in their communities.
